BlueGreen Labs has extensive experience with planning and running field campaigns and lab management, including hardware acquisition and deployment. We provide support within the context of singular field campaigns, larger projects or the drafting of lab management plans.
We also provide several open source based hardware projects within the context of scientific outreach. This includes open hardware based logging solutions build around Raspberry Pi hardware. Some of our openly shared designs include a simple low cost multi-spectral camera (for phenotyping), and the photosphere setup which allows for 360 degree monitoring of canopy development - logging both colour indices and canopy closure events. Both concepts have been used for research and outreach purposes.
