BlueGreen Labs is happy to share that a recent Open Science Clusters’ Action for Research & Society (OSCARS) proposal to increase the scope and robustness of the EU PhenoCam network was funded. The aim of the project is to document and built a robust software stack which is easily deployed, in addition to creating and testing open source hardware to mitigate supply chain issues. Both efforts should lead to a robust and open source PhenoCam workflow within the ICOS network. This work will leverage previous projects by BlueGreen Labs, such as the PhenoCam Installation Tool(s) and experience with machine learning processing pipelines.
This is a collaboration between BlueGreen Labs, the University of Antwerp, TerraSystem, Tuscia University, and the Italian Research Council. You can find more details on all accepted grants on the OSCARS news page:
